How long will delivery take?
All orders Placed Before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day on a Next Day delivery service.
We also offer a 2-5 day delivery service.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the Goods will leave our warehouse on the same day, or on the next following working day.
We make it our priority to complete our customer’s orders as fast as possible.
What are the delivery charges for orders?
All orders over £150 are eligible for free next working day delivery.
Our Standard charge for next day delivery is £11.95 we also offer a 2-4 day delivery service £6.99 for smaller items.
We are not liable to refund any Next Day Delivery Charges if the package is delayed by the shipping company, if the item has been dispatched within the correct time frame & with the correct delivery method. As we aren’t responsible for delayed packages.
How long do I have to return an order?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Unless returned under warranty.

What are my refund rights?
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return] or [exchange]. Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Yes, when your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
How can I return an item?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
