SIMPLE DIY INSTALLATION
Every LED strip is pre-fitted with its own cable ready for installation.
Simply connect each stair light back to the controller by matching:
- Red wire to the corresponding Positive (+) terminal
- Black wire to the corresponding Negative (-) terminal
Each stair output is clearly numbered on the controller, making installation simple and straightforward.
INTELLIGENT DUAL MOTION DETECTION
The supplied PIR sensors monitor both the top and bottom of your staircase.
As you approach:
- Walking upstairs activates the lights from the bottom upwards.
- Walking downstairs activates the lights from the top downwards.
If the lighting sequence operates in the wrong direction after installation, simply swap the two PIR sensor connectors on the controller to instantly correct the direction.
No rewiring is required.
FULLY ADJUSTABLE USING THE REMOTE CONTROL
Once installed, the supplied remote control allows you to customise the system to suit your preference.
Adjust:
- Lighting sequence speed
- Brightness level
- Activation patterns
- Animation effects
- Number of active stairs
The controller can also be adjusted directly using the onboard buttons.
SUITABLE FOR SMALLER STAIRCASES
Although supplied as a 16 stair kit, the controller can easily be configured for fewer stairs.
For example, if your staircase has 13 steps:
- Connect the first 13 stair outputs.
- Leave the remaining outputs unused.
- Use either the controller buttons or supplied remote to set the controller to operate 13 stairs only.
The controller display clearly indicates the number of active stair outputs.
